Heirloom was auto redeemed

Hello. My game completely froze while I was holding 150 Heirloom Shards. I was forced to restart the application. Upon logging back in, my shards were entirely gone, and the server had automatically redeemed a 2-item heirloom bundle without my input. This was a forced transaction caused by a client-server sync freeze. I need my account logs audited and the accidental items rolled back so my shards can be returned My account suffered from a server-sync glitch / unauthorized access. My 150 Heirloom Shards vanished automatically and redeemed it. without my input or confirmation. I did not prompt this purchase, and I need this escalated to technical support to verify my server transaction logs and account security.
