Apex Legends EAC timed out ERROR

The game start and then fails with this error: "The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti-cheat authentication: Authentication timed out [1/2].

I've tried several things. like:

* Reinstall Origin and Apex legends, even on different drivers. Move the game, etc...

* Repair Apex-Legends.

* Run as Administrator.

* Reinstall EAC from Apex folder.

* Firewall settings.

* Antivirus disabled.

* Flush DNS.

* All the things that are listed here: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/apexlegends/guides/logs/

* I've even reinstalled VC, a a lot of other things listed else where.

The same problem happens time after time, so I don't know what else to do.

My specs:

Win 10 Pro.

I7 980X

Nvidia GTX 970

48GB ram.

Thanks

    OK, I found the issue.

    It turns out that my ISP give me a public IP address, but the gateway was a private IP, like 172.16.0.1. So for some reason they needed this to manage the PPPOE. I don',t know... So I changed PPPOE to DHCP, it give me a public IP address for the gateway, and now the game works!. So I'm chilling for now.... until my ISP punish me for messing with his network...

    Could you take this issue into account? Why would EAC fail given this network configuration?

    Regards!
