Something weird now going on - I cant log in first time - keeps telling me there's now issues with the connection. Only when I attempt an easycheat.sys delete does it allow me in (doesnt allow me to delete). Also the last time I rebooted I deleted the easycheat.sys file and it allowed me straight in.
Back to square one - same issue as originally.

I think it might be best to reach out to Easy Anti-Cheat support directly to see if they have any recommendations. It's looking more like this might be something outside of the scope of what we can troubleshoot from our side.

I never loaded anti-cheat - its part of your game install.
I have no clue who or what Anti-cheat is.
I have raised this ticket as your software doesn't work.
When I give in I wont be complaining about Anticheat Software.
I agree, the anti cheat is used by your game, it is attached it to your game and we cant play your game because of the conflict that the anticheat your game is attached to is messing up. therefore it is EA's responsibility to get the fix from EAC. because we wanted the game not EAC. your products forced it on us.
So 6 days into looking into this and there is no fix.
Ok well thats me done.
Time to uninstall and move on.

Hi. Same problem here.
Because the game was running perfectly fine without changing the Hardware, i didnt change die Coresettings. But for furher research i would like to add two more things i recognoized:
1. the Problem accoured first after testing geforce now
2. After strarting the game (local) and exit again, the game is not able to close completely. Meaning the game button is not able to be pushed and when closing origin, the origin asks if im sure to close because apex is still running.
It seems, that apex is not able to write something after closing and so it is not able to start again, the information ist missing...

As I understand it, the problem is with CPU FX 32-64 bit .
Incorrect definition of 64bit instructions.
Do not worry there will be no drawdowns in the game.
Maybe they will fix the error.

FX series processor problem
I think that the mistake will be corrected, probably in the new season.
try changing your video settings.
I do not have an FX processor and cannot test other options.
If you have time to check:
1. Enable disabled kernels.
2. Go to the game settings in the client.
3.Try to register in the command line of the game
-threads 6
4.save
5. Reboot the PC.
6. Check the game
Ok ! that fix the error...but i have stuttering and poor FPS.
I went back to the default processor and the problem persist.
and its happend to every game with EAC
i will wait for an EAC update

I cant launch apex at all right now. Before i was able to launch it at least. But then when i left i wasnt able to launch it again. But right now it doesnt even start. What i dont understand is why this problem occurs. I was playing apex for 2 years since its release and everything was working fine. Why this error suddenly started to occur. Why im able to play normally every single game that i have, total war warhammer, rdr, the sims, assassins creed. Etc... And apex is the only game that have a problem with some kernel thing. And now im forced to play cs go, that feels super outdated, just because im not able to play apex. And the worst part is that none of the developpers seem to care...
Ken is the only one ho cares about this problem...but yet we dont have an answer.
The only way to play is delete easyanticheat.sys from C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat
If you do that quickly you can play ONCE.....
I think there is another way to delete that file in every boot
i will try to do a bat file in note pad with
del "C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat\easyanticheat.sys" /q
and make an schedule for every boot
If you exit...you have to reboot and delete that file again.

I play Apex from season 1 without any problem
Yea started on March 9th: Chaos Theory and no solution so far from devs. But if you delete the easyanticheat.sys before EasyAntiCheat fully loads, it will work every time. My solution has just been to leave the game running in the background, but it does have resource loss after a while, maybe 4-5 days and you will be really laggy and need to start over, but every computer is different
