Apex Legends Fps Drops

I also have this problem, setting it to windowed borderless seems to be the only temporary fix with all settings set to low and no texture streaming budget. With high textures on I get well over 100 fps and set an fps cap to 100 and it would drop to 20 fps at random moments, not gunfights. If anyone finds a solution for this, let us know; I'm still tinkering with my settings. I've tried all the conventional fixes, minus the nvidia driver rollback, but i'd rather not do that bc then i won't be able to run other games as well.

Same problem.
In menu it is okey, but in airship in falling down got ~20FPS. On Ground with details and textures is about 40-70FPS. In houses 90FPS, in bunker 150FPS.
Computer: Xeon E5-2620 v4, GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4, SSD. Every settings in game is on LOW/None/Disable. I do somethings in 3D nvidia exp. and doesnt working.
My friend got i5, GTX 550ti, 8GB DDR3 and he had on my spots where i wrote FPS about much 1-1.5x more than me. 
I dont know why...

What happens when the bug occurs? Too many sudden fps drops. Because depending on my display card, the game doesn't have an optimized display card.
What should be happening instead? With very careful teamwork, the drop from 110 fps to 20 fps can be prevented.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To try this, you must first have a GTX 1060 Max-Q Design graphics card. After that, you will need laptop to have this graphics card because this video card is only available on the laptop.

First of all I won't share any screenshots. It's really sad to play my favorite game at 20fps as a moment. my only wish is to solve this optimization problem. There's a sudden fps drop when you're in the war or collecting loot, and that's not nice. I just want you to understand me as a player. I want to play hard at 110 fps like everyone else.
