apex legends freeze and crash

i tried  almost everything 

and the game keep crashing with no error 

what should i do ???😬

my pc :

i5-6600

rx 570 4gb 

8 gb ram

    I found The solution
    my GPU clock was 1280 mhz
    i change it to 1134 mhz
    i played 8 hours with no problems

    @Mimi22101994 I am facing the same issue. The game just freezes. I recently transfered the game over to ssd. hope thats not causing the problem.

    It happened to me too but then I lower the VRAM in Video setting from 8 to 6 and it run normal for me the last 3-4 months but for some reasons it been happening to me again for a few day now I try lower the VRAM to 4 and 3 but it not working so far. 

    My problem is it keep freezing a little bit after the 3 second count down when you in the drop ship, sometime it froze when I'm in the air. I try a lot of methods but nothing work so far
