missing heirlooms

Hello, I just recently did the cross progression on my apex account and have lost my octane heirloom. I am also missing some skins did I loose them forever or is there a chance to get them back.. TIA

    Hi @LuckyHaze 

    To confirm this is working as intended, Progress and items are stored at the EA account level and not the Platform Account. So when you unlink your platform account to tie it to another EA account you will not bring your items/progress with you. 

    You will need to link your Xbox back to its original account to attempt to restore your progress and items.

    Hi @LuckyHaze, To check did you unlink the platform account that had the heirloom from an older EA account before tieing it to the one its currently linked to?

    Yes I did… it was my Xbox account and I linked it to my steam account. How do I get into contact with respawn to try and get it back. Also some skins I bought did not show up as well

    My highest level account happens to be my PSN. When I linked my psn & steam account to my EA account I lost my heirloom and all skins I had acquired on my steam account. Is there any way to get them back?
