Apex Legends Game Crash

I have been having trouble with Apex Legends on my Xbox recently and it’s been going on for a while now and it got a little more worse so I’m asking for help witch I only do whenever I really need it.

The problems I am having is every game I go into my whole game freezes and crashes where it closes out the game completely and goes straight to the Xbox Home Screen where I have to open it all the way up again just like when you close the game when your done with it that is happening to me but I never done it

I have also experienced it different times throughout the games I load into some of them is when it’s about to get into the game after everyone chooses the character and we go straight into the drop ship once we drop out it crashes, another time is when I land on the ground in the map and finish looting it crashes even when I’m about to fight enemies and the last time is when it is

in a middle of the game it crashes and it always does it on one of those times but once I restart the game even the Xbox every time it does it again some time throughout the game and yesterday it happened to me and I couldn’t loud into the game a second time I had to close it a few times just so I can press my A button on my controller so it can load and each time I do it some times it doesn’t let me back in the game and I was in ranked and it banned me 3 times from this happened so I need to know what I should do
