Apex Legends gives me an error Connection Timed Out while in game

While I'm in the game with other people, the players on the games start freezing and the error Connection Timed Out shows up, which is not reasonable.  I have a compatible laptop to play this, with ...

Hey all, sorry to hear that you are having issues. It sounds like these may be connection issues so I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

@EA_Darko  I already do the troubleshooting before I made this report. It doesn't work at all.
