Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello!  I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

hi guys. my yong friend cant turn on the game. identical crashes after click apex legends.exe "the memory could not be read" 0xXXXXXXXX..........
pc specs
i5-4460
gtx 1060 3 gb newest driver
8 gb ram

      on my pc game works perfectly with this and without 2017 versions, but my young friend has another version of this packets and the game does not work, i'll try repair
