Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

This happens in the middle of the game. It was not that common but now it happens almost every second game. Any solutions?

"The instruction at 0x3f6ef266 referenced memory at 0x01000019. The memory could not be read."

My brother and my friend also have the same problem but its not as severe as it is in my case.

Also, half of the time when i start the game it says "Origin requires an update, please restart the game" and everything is up to date.
