Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Iheblab.

If possible can you share the error message in English, I am pretty sure I know what it is referring to but would like to be 100% sure.

While doing that can you go ahead and check for any updates for your OS?

Just pasting my post here since it seems they do not gave two sh*ts about this issue. Even multiple weeks into the launch.

Whenever I start up the game it gives me the following error.

"r5apex.exe - Application Error"

Saying:

"The instruction at 0x578a6aa8 referenced memory at 0x4128a3a0. The memory could not be read."

When I wait with clicking "ok" to terminate the program a Launch Error (10011) apears.

I have tried installing different drivers (including he most recent) for my Geforce 860M. Also I have updated my Windows 8.1 wih the latets update. I have even gone so far to totally reinstall windows doing a hard factory reset of my system. Before that I have fiddled with  the C++ trying different packs/builds. Nothing helps. I also have the latest DirectX.

I have spent my time (over 12 hours now, real hours. Not that I have DLed the game for the first time 12 hours ago. This has been going on now for days and days) on this as if I had payed $60,- for the game. At least, that is how it feels now. I have been searching the web, forums and this forum for hours and hours and I can not find a solution. Is there anyone that can help me? Or am I just one of the unlucky ones that will not be able to play this game?

(Yes, it is a laptop (Lenovo Y-50). I am rather impressed by this 5 year old model that it runs all my games at high / very high settings. It also functions great at keeping the house nice and warm during winter days)
