Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello! I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

So my game crashed just after the "choose your legend" and this message popped up:

r5apex.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The instruction at 0x3f36f376 referenced memory at 0x01000019. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program
---------------------------

I've searched around but haven't found anything on the forums regarding this issue, please help a fella appreciate this wonderful game and post comment anything that might help me out

I solved this problem by just updating windows (windows 10).
After solving this my Apex crashes without error.

I've had the game crash at random moments a couple times beforehand, this is the first time it actually gave me a error message
