Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello! I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

@victoriauwu ... Just think about this.. They keep says that was our fault.... our spec pc fault... our driver fault.... our windows update fault... If only me, two or 3 people having same problem... I will believe that.... but what if tens or even hundreds click they have some problem too in TS post... Hmm, maybe, was I or were they fault ?

I spoke to an EA advisor and they said that Respawn are aware of this issues with the AMD FX series CPU and the game, hopefully they resolve it soon.

While capping the framerate and making changes suggested in the troubleshooting post has reduced my crashes; I still had about 3 crashes last night. 2 were the referenced memory errors, both happened right after landing. The last one was just a crash to desktop with no error when jumping out of the dropship after being respawned. Super frustrating, I really hope they figure out what's causing these issues and release a patch as I'm having a great time playing this game!
