Apex Legends keeps crushing the system.

I can't play apex legends on my new pc. The game crash when it's launching or sometimes in the lobby. So far I installed windows 3 times and AL also.

My specs:
Asus ROG Strix B550 F

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

MSI RTX 3070

G.Skill Trident Z 16 GB 3600mhz

I kept trying several techniques suggested by the community.

NVidia GeForce Experience : APEX LEGENDS : Custom Settings : Set Resolution = "800x600", & Display Mode= Windowed
Ran "CLEANMGR" (Disk Cleanup) utility and chose to delete all temporary files
Closed down NVIDIA EXPERIENCE & all other apps running on the system
STEAM : Settings : Downloads : Clear Download Cache
AL started working.

Then went back to NVidia GeForce Experience : APEX LEGENDS : OPTIMAL Settings. AL continued to work with no crashes anymore.

Thanks for the Forum and the wonderful Community .

The kernel 41 error is a common error that tells you the PC has turned off unexpectedly.

Okay lets do clean up checks so we can eliminate possible causes.

1: Anti malware to get rid of any possible viruses: https://www.malwarebytes.com/antirootkit/ (select the restart and clean method once installed)

2: Open command prompt and type this in: sfc /scannow then press enter.

3: Re do the ChkDsk in command prompt.

If this still fails then a test for the drives partitions is needed which you can get here: https://www.passmark.com/products/diskcheckup/

Now if the software detects failure of the Drive i suggest backing up everything on that drive and then replacing the drive.

Post the results here if you need a second opinion!

No solution so far. I'm not the only one who is facing the problem a lot of gamers are on this list and as far as i know we won't get extra time to max out BP level.
