season 12 ranked badge and others still not back to normal after a year

I believe I made a post about this around a year ago but I have been missing my ranked badges ever since april of 2024, I have contacted support and tried everything suggested in the forums, logged into my console etc and still no luck on getting any of my badges back to normal. 

It seems that even when contacting support nothing can be done as they have referred me to the forums many times before about this issue. Am I just going to have to suck it up and forget about my missing masters badge etc?

also is anyone else still having this issue in 2025? or is it just me.

    uControllerDweeb​ Was this from when player's accounts were "reset" after one of the April 2024 updates? 

    Because if so, then sadly if the ranked badges are still bugged, EA/Respawn aren't able to restore those badges. 

    I think the reason for why they cannot restore the badges has something to do about your Apex progress being saved to your EA Account in the cloud, and how EA/Respawn doesn't have direct access your EA Account's Apex progress in the cloud.

    yeah I believe so, that is extremely unfortunate... 

    so in this case there is no way for my badges to be recovered?
