Apex Legends Level Reset & Server Maintenance [FIXED]

i just got back onto apex after plying just lastnight. my level is reset to 1 and all of my cosmetics are gone along with the badges. i already had season one downloaded but my playstation just updated the game again. i have no apex coin, legend points or anything. its very frustrating i was working really hard on leveling my character. the only thing i have left over are my trophies which are useless. I was just going through this website and other people are having the same issue? what the heck? will there be any way I can get my things back??? pls help soon

Can confirm for me to plus the graphics in the main screen got messed up.

What happens when the bug occurs? My account is reset to level 1, I have none of my unlocks or kills, badges, skins, or unlocked Legends
What should be happening instead? I should be about level 83 with Octane and Mirage unlocked and plenty of skins and Apex Predator badges for Pathfinder and Octane
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at my Apex Legends account probably, nickname is male_catgirl and it definitely has achievements for progressing in the game

What happens when the bug occurs? Entire account reset, all levels both account and battle pass levels, all unlocked stuff..... all i got left was a level 0 batlepass and the twitch omegapoint skin and its 5 lootboxes.
What should be happening instead? I should have all my levels, both account and battlepass along all my loot.

Is this serverside and will be fixed soon or what? i dont see enough complaints for that to seem the case, please someone look into this.
