Graphics blurry issue

So i had to sell my pc a while back started playing apex on the switch here and there which was bad beside that I went back to pc and downloaded it again buy my frame rate and graphics stayed the same I need help fixing this i delete the game and reinstalled didn't fix it needs HELP!!!PLZ.
