Apex Legends Loading and Compiling shaders

Whenever I open the game it says 'loading and compiling shaders' which takes about 5-7 minutes. Back in S9 I had the same issue but it didn't say 'loading and compiling shaders', it gave me a black ...

Can we start talking about how this company doens't seem able to manage a competent software team? Does any other battle royale out there face these issues? I don't think so...
