apex legends microphone

I want to use the microphone but it doesn't work in the game.

I'm using Windows 11, and the microphone I use is integrated with the USB headset.

It was confirmed that the microphone was recognized normally in other games, programs, and windows gambar except APEX leggings.
I've seen and followed several posts, and I've checked YouTube videos and tried to find a solution, but it hasn't been solved.
The biggest problem that I can check right now is

When the game was running, it was confirmed that the microphone was accessed, but after the intro screen was over, it was confirmed that the microphone access was disconnected. This was found on the "microphone" tab of "Personal Information and Security" in the Windows Settings app.

I also checked that the microphone of the headset I use is being displayed as a voice input device in the in-game setting window.
However, no matter what setting is touched, it has been confirmed that the game does not access the microphone even if it is set to 'push to talk' or 'open microphone'.

I would like to know if there is anything reported on this case, and if you are aware of this case, and if there is a solution to this case.

The name of the USB headphone is 'ABKO N800'
I also attached dxdiag.txt to figure out a clue to the solution. I NEED HELP

  • It doesn't matter if I don't use a microphone, but in the end, I know that the best communication in the game is voice chat, so I spent a year trying to solve this problem, and I kept trying to do as much as I could because there was no problem like me, but there was no one else that solved it
And just before. I don't know what action helped but the setup is back.

I reinstalled the current version of the CPU chipset driver, and I also deleted the audio driver and reinstalled it with the same version.
And I reset the settings of the Windows Firewall and finally deleted everything in the settings.cfg file and re-run the game, then the in-game microphone came to life.
If anyone is experiencing the same symptoms, I would like you to refer to all my actions.

List all the methods I've done so far
Reinstalling the OS (I installed Windows 11)
Manual troubleshooting of all errors in the Event Viewer
Run the steam version of the game instead of EA app

Delete all 'apex legends' 'EA app' 'Origin' 'r5_apex' related content in registry
Delete windows game bar and reinstall
Change the installation location of the game
    Run game integrity checks
    deleting settings.cfg file content
    Windows Firewall Initialization
    Reinstalling CPU Chipset Drivers
    Reinstalling the audio driver
Reset all content on the 'Privacy and Security' tab
    Reset all sound-related settings
Assign a specific microphone to the game
    Turn off centralized support mode
Change microphone settings to channel 1
Using 3.5mm earphones and microphones instead of USB headsets and microphones (now using USB headsets and microphones again)
Reset after initializing all USB related settings on the CPU
Run the game after the anti-virus program you are using has ended
Run the game after the Wall Paper Engine is terminated
Play the game after Discord ends
