Apex Legends mid game crashes

The game just came out and it's already crashing like last seen after 2hrs of playing it crashed mid game ...come ea 

I am playing on Playstation 4 and having the same exact issue. In addition and unfortunately after the season 4 update it has become much much worse because E.A. is know thinking I am quiting and threatening me. How to solve this long lasting issue?!

So, after one year I gave this game another try. Still keeps on crashing. Sometimes after five minutes, sometimes 30 minutes. Completely random. 

i7 8700k / gtx 1080Ti / 16gb ddr4 3000mhz / samsung evo 960 m2 ssd. 

We are coming up on APEX LEGENDS SEASON 5 and still not so much as an acknowledgement of the crashing makes me feel like it will never be fixed I always wondered why there was no promotion or hype when it first came out? Its because they knew the blue screen bug would never be fixed so at this point this game is a cash grab they want to make all the money they can before the players figure out that they don't intend on fixing the problem. I literally waited two hours to talk to an REPRESENTATIVE from EA that said it was my internet connection but the entire time the EA representative mic was static every time he spoke so I would ask questions like "hey is the is issue going to be fixed"  the response was his voice cutting in and out I could barely understand what he was saying from all the static noises but I did make out one thing he said and it was that it's a connection issue which I know is a lie because ANY OTHER PVP FIRST PERSON SHOOTER DOES NOT DO THIS! smh they should be ashamed of themselves literally had a loved one surprise me with the pathfinder heirloom set during the Christmas event last year they spent OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS getting me that HEIRLOOM SET for Christmas and I was barely even able to play apex to enjoy it.The concept of the game is great the artwork and skins are beautiful the storyline superb but sadly its all unenjoyable because of bad coding on from RESPAWN OR WHO EVER CREATED THE GAME.The only other issue I could think is they need to invest in more advanced equipment I have a friend in Canada he almost never blue screens his server region is New York. Me on the other hand my server region is Iowa and I live in Minnesota I can't even play 1-2 games with out either my teammates disconnecting or me disconnecting. would I come back to this game and spend my money on it? YES but not with it in the state that it's in, right now they'd be lucky if I even brought the battle pass let alone an apex pack.
