Apex Legends not loading in!

I can't load in to the main menu it starts the game i get the developer message and then it just keeps loading forever at the spinning thingy

But its only on my account i made a new account and started the game on that one and it instantly loaded in in like 3 seconds or something and my friend went on my account to test if it was my account and it didnt let him in either on my account so is there something with my account or is origin just *? I played for 7 hours already so i dont know whats going on?

I never cheated or did anything against the rules so i dont think i am banned or anything like that.

If anybody knows whats going on please reply xd

I tried to contact live chat yesterday for a long time and i went trough like 15 different chats and nobody could help and i got one guy named hari who just ended the chat without a reason probably because he didnt know what the problem was i attached a printscreen of what i see and what i keep seeing when i try to play.
