Apex legends on ps5

I’ve been an apex player for a long time and love the game , but when this issues happened like two or three days ago the game took my Heirloom Shards away this is not right . I worked really hard for them and it took them away. I have proof on my Ps5 and took a picture as soon as I got them now I don’t have them . Plz help
