PS5 video settings reset after every startup
Literally the title.
Thanks for confirming. Could you try the following in this order:
- Confirm you’re launching the PS5 version of Apex, not PS4
- Delete Apex local saved settings
- Change Apex settings, then exit cleanly. In Apex, set your video settings, back out to the lobby, wait a few seconds, then close the game from the PS5 switcher. Relaunch and check. Don’t hard quit immediately from inside the settings menu.
- Temporarily disable cloud auto-sync for Apex
- Use PS5 Safe Mode > rebuild the console storage database
