Community AdminHi, your posting account doesn't seem to be linked to a Steam account, so it does sound like for whatever reason your Steam account was already linked to a different EA account. Perhaps you've played another EA game on Steam in the past?
If you reach out to support they should be able to help, by detaching the old persona and linking the correct one.
Be sure to log into https://help.ea.com/en/ using the Steam login option to make sure you're on the right EA/Steam account. If you're already logged in using the "Veilford" account, log out first.
Hi, I have the same problem. I launched Apex and it did not ask me to sign into my Origin account. I have Origin installed. I dont have Apex installed on Origin because I figured whats the point of having it installed on Origin, if I can just link my account on Steam.
I would like some assistance with this problem as well.
