apex legends only loss in game

Before reading, I am Korean and I am not good at English.
I was playing this game, and I turned on the performance display and suddenly increased ping about 10.

Clearly, the server selection checked that the ping and packet loss were normal, but not normal in the game.

I have changed DNS, restarted your Internet modem, and are using wired Internet.

My friend plays with me, but he is normal, but I am not.

What's the problem? Please help me.

Hello @vsdws,

There are some other steps we can try which may help with the ping issues. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.

Thank you for giving that a try.

Is this always happening when you are grouped up with the same friend, or do you still have these same issues when you are playing alone?

It randomly happened whenever with my friends and alone. Especially at evening it often happened
