Apex Legends overall audio too quiet, but gunshots way too loud

So I was recently playing Apex Legends when I realized that the lobby music was way too small. I checked my volume and it was at 40, which I usually play as. The in-game volume was also normal. I tried restarting origin, Apex Legends, and my computer. Since it didn't fix itself, I was just about to play it. When I was in game, everything was more quiet than usual. When I shot my gun though, it was WAY TOO LOUD, way over the normal volume. I don't know how to fix this issue, does anyone have the same problem?

Edit: I realizedthat this was a problem with my whole computer, I still don't know how to fix this or what is causing this.

Edit again: Found this was caused when I disabled the loudness equalization on my sound settings, nevermind...
