Apex legends packet loss

Hello,

I am experiencing persistent packet loss only in Apex Legends.

Details:

• ISP: Salam Fiber
• Connection: Wired (LAN)
• Region: Bahrain / Middle East servers
• Packet loss: Around 0/15 for two months 
• The issue only occurs in Apex Legends. Other online games work normally.
• I have already restarted my router, used a wired connection, disabled IPv6, updated my network drivers, and optimized my PC and NVIDIA settings, but the issue remains.
• The Bahrain server has also been unavailable for some time, so I have to connect to other servers with worse performance.

Could you please check if there is a routing issue or any known server-side problem affecting my connection? If needed, I can provide screenshots, EA Account information, DxDiag, or network test results.
