Apex Legends prime gaming loot claimed but not received

This is still an issue I've been having for years. Nothing has changed on any of my information that would impact this error. Typically unlinking and linking works, but I have tried multiple things with no final resolution. I want to try unlinking the Amazon account from EA, but I am not looking to wait 6 months to relink the account; which by the way is ridiculous and should be removed. I do believe this is an issue with EA because I never have any of these issues on any other platform.
