Apex legends progress reset due to linking of accounts

    Hi there, @DudePerfect73512.

    Unfortunately, we're not able to restore the content you lost or link the previous account. When you unlink an account, progress and content is lost.

I have literally just told you that the warning never came up. Honestly tho what is the point of taking all of my stuff but not my progress? I now have meaningless levels that only make it harder for me to get my stuff back and i cannot claim any rewards from the pass! I have absolutely no way of getting my stuff back because the email of my old account is gone and i cant even start from scratch.

You can try going through the account recovery process to gain access to the account again. To do that, open a case here. As far as not seeing the warning goes, we're not aware of any issues with this but will keep an eye out for other reports.
