I am having the same problem. I was on win 8.1 then I upgraded to win 10 but no help at all. Game won't run.

My PC specs:-

CPU= Quad Core Q9400 2.66ghz

GPU= Nvidia Gt 640 2gb ddr3

Ram= 8gb ram ddr2

PSU= Stock PSU.

Bro youre really trying to run the game on a GT 640 2gb???? Bro dont even try that graphics card is way to underpowered. You need to upgrade if you want to play the game at a decent framerate. Just some advice.
