apex legends season 10 lobby lag

I just downloaded the game and i have lags in lobby, sometimes sound cut, and crashes, i wasnt able to play a game yet because it crashes

Hey, @MorbakGaming can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Hi i played apex a couple of days ago on my xbox series x and i had no issue with the game but today with the season 10 update im having lag/freezes in the pre game lobby i never had this issue before and i don‘t know what to do the lag/freeze is so bad that i cant even click on the menus/game modes so because of this i can‘t play the game please help

@HeHEddie hi buddy . i had the same problem , but i solved the problem , i just removed nvidia driver from device managers and deleted all nvidia files , then i installed hotfix 496.8 with custome installation(perform clean install) then it got solved
