I was able to fix by removing a usb flash drive... It may sound dumb, but maybe that will help you.

been suffering with that error since s8 launch at first it would work when i just restart the game but now well u can guess it's not working like just infinite loading screen

@skinnyarmswraith Same here, I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both platforms (Steam and Origin) but none of it works, it's scuffed as hell. I've signed out and signed in on both and relaunched and nothing seems to work. I've also changed regions on sign in and it doesn't work. EA doesn't have their sh*t together. :/
