I played two games today and i found a treasure pack , i died and go back to lobby i need to be afk . When i try to getting back after i was inactive its keep telling me i got a reward from that treasure pack no matter how many times i click continue or esc its keep telling me i got a reward . I m stuck at reward menu .
im having the same problem right now in season 7. did you ever find a solution
I pressed the back button and ready up button at the same time super fast then it ready me up. ( I have an Xbox so I pressed B and Y super fast then it brought me to a new game)
Should have thought to try this - reinstalled the game instead
spam esc until you get the option to leave game. leave game and the do it again to exit to desktop. boot it up again and you should be good

What worked for me was creating a 2nd account, login to that to clear the rewards screen, then log back into your main account.
This fixed it for me. Hope it works for you. It's been super frustrating that a game breaking bug like this is still here after being reported 3 weeks ago.
I am on PS4 and have the same issue now.
Did you get ti fix the issue cause im having the same problem write now?
