I had 1000 coins prior to the update I was saving for the 2nd split specifically cause I'm stone broke and I cant afford more. Anyways, here comes the recent update and boom, coins went down to 500. Didn't spend them or anything at all... help. Iv tried contacting support but no reply. Also tried the live chat and its useless..

They're asking for the original email of my ea account,, the one I used to make the account before lockdown, dont remember the email address and apparently because of that they can't help me.. I dont understand. They then continue to ask for a pin after asking for my email and the pin only gets emailed about 40 mins after initially asking. I was told to wait 24hrs and restart the game and that didn't work either. The coins just disappeared...
