Apex Legends stuck in treasure pack screen

Im on Pc and played a casual duo, where after the game ended I was put in the after action report like normal. I pressed continue on that screen to where the game said I had a treasure pack, the pack...

I played two games today and i found a treasure pack , i died and go back to lobby i need to be afk . When i try to getting back after i was inactive its keep telling me i got a reward from that treasure pack no matter how many times i click continue or esc its keep telling me i got a reward . I m stuck at reward menu .

spam esc until you get the option to leave game. leave game and the do it again to exit to desktop. boot it up again and you should be good

  What worked for me was creating a 2nd account, login to that to clear the rewards screen, then log back into your main account.
  This fixed it for me. Hope it works for you. It's been super frustrating that a game breaking bug like this is still here after being reported 3 weeks ago.
