Large Deficit of Apex Coins after a year of not playing

I recently logged into my Ea app to play apex after over a year of not playing to a deficit of -69,700 apex coins. Looking at my purchase history someone made multiple purchases of apex coins in Yen shortly after I stopped playing. The online chat support person told me there is nothing they can do because of how long ago the fraudulent purchases were made. This is extremely frustrating because I have put thousands of hours and dollars into this apex account and now I can’t make any future purchases without spending 600 USD to clear the deficit first. Is there anything to be done to fix this without spending 600 USD of my own money? Please Help!!!
