Apex Legends Stuttering after latest update

before i was playing with 240 fps stable but now after this last update my fps got down to 140 / 120 and never get higher then that followed with stutters its make the game disgusting tbh anyone facing this fps drops atleast so respown fix it please thx

NV driver 452.06 fixed it for me (downdated from 456.xx)

      I have installed  456.55 did not fix anything.
