So after suffering from stutter like many of you since the Aftermarket patch, I'd like to add that for me it only occurs while actually in a match. In the firing range, the stutter does not occur.
I tried everything that was said in the prev. replies. Everything to no luck. This is definitely a game issue. Needs to be investigated by devs.

There is a guy with literally THE SAME PC, when I say the same its the same on everything, even the case.
He plays the game reaaaaaly smooth, never had any problems.... I dont know what to do....
My stuttering dont have this audio stutter, its like when I look to the edge of the map where there is nothing the stutter stops, I look to the other side and then it starts, even with 100+ fps
Firing range there is no stutter
- @Tuffnuttss True, same here. Just to make sure, is the stutter (In lobby or in-match) associated with an audio stutter as well? I have that issue too.
@Faspera No audio stutter, no firing range stutter, no lobby stutter. Just while in a match.
Do the devs read these threads? Maybe this info regarding the firing range could help isolate the issue?

I did all the steps and it helped me A LOT! I fixed the issue by updating windows to 2004. ( from 1909 to 2004)

- @Tuffnuttss yes exactly , same here , in game i get microstutters , out of game in fire range i dont get them
