Cannot contact ToS team

dont matter what i do i cannot contact them i do not have an active ban but i was banned before and than unbanned now im stuck in infinite matchmaking and was told they were the only ones who could fix it its been 3 months i still cannot play how do i contact them the “submit a report and we’ll” get back to you is a lie
