I fixed this error talking with my ISP provider, they also already know the issue with this game and their connection but in 10min talking with them git this fixed, you just have to reset router default settings and keep gamer mode disable, no set any DMZ

My router is old as fu**, it doesn't even have a gamer mode... well, I think it's time to talk with my ISP about this and ask for a new one. 😟
Thanks.

You solved your problem buddy? If your router don't have garner mode, probably it should have some open ports (NAT Cone) and this make this error happen, try reset router to default factory settings or ye contact your ISP good luck

Wow, the timing... I think i just solved it, after almost giving up i found some stuff about unbinding "CONE (UDP)" through telnet, which i have no idea of what it does, but i think it worked.
I tried restarting the game several times, which worked perfectly and before i always got the "cannot connect to server", also tried a training match and i was connected to the lobby without any problems. I'm only going to test it out in real matches later when my brother gets home, once i do that, i will update this.
Thanks a lot.
UPDATE: Two days and zero disconnections, finally i'm able to play the game. 😁

I came here to reply just to thank you, this solved my problem completely and even better, i had a similar issue on TF2 and Counter Strike for years, i searched everywhere for a solution and never found it but disabling gamer mode also fixed those issues. Thank you very much dude.
