OK, I've found a temporary fix for my problem. In my case, there seems to be an issue with local DNS server. It looks like some server names, that are used by Apex/EA, don't get translated correctly. Which is totally weird and I have never seen such behavior. DNS server usually works fine or not at all. That's why it was so hard do diagnose.
So the fix was simple, I've switched DNS servers. You can try this easily, just replace your primary/secondary DNS servers with Google's public DNS, which is 8.8.8.8, that should fix it, if it's the same issue as I had.

@BigBlindBilly go Network setting 》Advanced setting 》DNS setting 》》 Manual 》then put Primary DNS is 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS is 8.8.4.4
then double check on your condole status if its "OPEN" return to the game main screen and check on your Data center ping then run the game .. it should go smoothly to the whole consoles .. I just read it somewhere .. I hope it work ☺.
