Same here !! Please fix VTR!
El mismo problema con 4 otros amigos. Todos con VTR, todos con el mismo problema. Al compartir 4G con el celular con movistar o wom no ocurre el problema.

- Same problem with me and like 6 friends with VTR, one of them change his IPS to mundo pacifico and have 0 problems now
