I found a fix for this (I asked EA support) 10 steps.
1. Please click on the Origin menu on the top left of Origin window and select Exit option.
2. Please hold down the Windows Key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
3. Type %ProgramData% and press enter to open ProgramData folder.
4. Delete Origin folder from this ProgramData folder.
5. Type %AppData% and press enter to open Appdata folder.
6. Delete Origin folder from the Roaming and Local folders.
7. Run CCleaner : http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
8. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
9. Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify (if you get option)
10. Download the latest version of Origin and install the client.
