My roommate and I used the server change trick and it works “sometimes”. Basically the first game after loading up the game will work and find a match, but after that game it goes right back to kicking one of us every time or getting a “bad challenge” error. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! The game is so awesome but I can’t even play it ☹️
Same for my house. First game sometimes works. And if we are lucky we get a second game.
Even tried port triggering. Nat type is open.
Tried hard resetting xbox 1s.
Nothing seems to correct the issue.
We enjoy the game but this is very frustrating.
I have no issues connecting with anyone outside of the same household.
But we wanna play within the same house.
EA. Please fix this issue
We ended up creating a mobile hotspot on my laptap and our smartphone so all 3 of us could play at the same time. Basically I connected to the router, the other the laptop and the other the cell phone.
