Apex Legends Xbox One: Game Keeps Crashing Mid-Game Without Error Message

For the past 3-4 days my game keeps crashing half way through a game, it’s not just once or twice a day it’s every game. I’ve spoken twice with EA Help but it has not been fixed.

I've crashed every 2 minutes for the past 3 days and I cant play a normal game without 10 crashes and that's if I'm lucking to get less then 10. If I'm in the firing range I crash if I'm just loading into the game I still crash I cant fix it

did they ever fix it? i just stopped playing because of the freezing until a few days ago it worked fine but maybe i was lucky too
