Apex not updating

Apex hasn't been working and it's been saying this

HANG ON, THAT DIDN'T WORK
Origin is busy with an operation that cannot be interrupted. Please wait until this operation is completed before continuing.

I have tried repairing the game multiple times and still won't load

it also says

An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327682:11

what should I do?

Hey @lostgamer3112,

If you're having this issue getting Origin to update the game, let's make sure Origin itself isn't running into any issues.

Since you've repaired Apex multiple times already, I'd next go through these steps to clear the Origin cache.

That should clear a number of files that may be causing an issue here, so please give that a try and then see if you're able to repair and update the game afterwards.

@lostgamer3112 i have the same problem with the latest update now. I have tried many things including repairing the game(it took age) and still cant update it to play.
