Apex opening up the language bar in Windows 10 every time it is launched

Anyone else getting this? https://gfycat.com/DentalThisCony Every time I launch Apex for the first time it opens up the Language Bar and changes my keyboard layout. I've never experienced such thin...

Marking the Run as Administrator option in game exe file, fixed it for me.
