apex origin

This is the like 4th time this has happened to me and forces me to have to play on steam because Apex becomes unplayable on origins for me. Basically it seems like the game can't decide if I'm playing on mnk or controller and turns the sensitivity to mouse sensitivity and the buttons are all out of wack like B turns to A and A opens the chat and like will half jump it's really weird. But basically unplayable and when I switch to steam everything works perfectly fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling origin but that does nothing not sure what to do here. I've contacted ea help and they didn't really help me at all
