APEXをプレイしているとき、私のGPU使用率はほぼ70％を超えています。
ゲームを開始すると、空では95％以上になります
これは通常ではないと思います。
私の友人は同じGPUを持っているので、彼がAPEXをプレイしているとき、彼のGPU使用率はほぼ50％です
誰かが何が起こっているのか分からないのですか？

ゲーム内のビデオ設定をすべて低に変更しても、何も変更されません
OBSでストリームが必要ですが、gpuが90％以上を使用しているときにストリームを開始すると、ストリームで多くの表示ラグが発生します。

that your gpu is running with around 95% usage is a good sign, your gpu is working well, there is nothing to consider here 🙂
sometimes it causes more problems with sleeping gpu's at ~50%.
there could be several reasons for this difference.
- you're friend may have other ingame settings
- other screen resolution
- other driver settings
- you may have a second screen pluged in
- you may have a other model of 2070s with other clocking than you're friend
- you may have more programms installed on your pc, more backround stuff/tasks
- other windows settings (power settings etc.)

i understand if my gpu is using a lot is a good sign. but if gpu is using more than 90%, when i get started stream on OBS my stream get a lot of display lag going on.
Well, obs needs some config to run without trouble. I recommond streamlabs obs, it's much easyer to config and the result is realy good. Try the NVENC NEW mode, should run well with your rtx card. I got the same card, by the way. I am able to stream at 900p+ without problems. Depends on your upload as well.
