Apex predator badge

Hello,

To everyone reading this, i hope you are well.

Please help me! i achieved Pred ranked in season 13 both splits. At the beginning of season 20, all my badges were gone and my stats were reset for my rank splits. Yesterday, it updated some of my badges back and my ranked stats, however my s13 pred badge is gone and replaced with bronze? my stats currently also say i didnt play s13?

Please see images attached of my badges and account progress i had when i got pred, ofc as anyone would when hitting it the first time since its a big achievement for me and i grinded alot
